Click to view videoThe temperature is somewhere in the region of -20 °C in Southern Ontario at the moment. With the wind chill it is much colder. Did I mention that I am not a winter person. If hibernation was an option right now, that is what I would be doing.

unbearable it
felt so cold the
crunch of the
snow sounds cold
its a particular
grindingly cold
sound that once
you have heard it
will always make
you chill in a
grinding kind of
way -- your bones
lower your core
temperature to hurry
on the slow death that
at the time seems so
perfectly preferable
to listening to that
sound and just being
so numbingly cold
there is always relief
